Truck Fails to Pull Another Truck From Dallas Flood Waters

Motorists spent hours stuck on a highway in Dallas, Texas, on May 29 because a portion of the road was flooded. This video shows a truck attempting to pull another from the flooded road and having no luck doing so.

Loop 12 was flooded as of about 5am, and it was just before noon a crew removed the concrete median on the highway to give cars the ability to leave the roadway, according to local media.
